Concessional lending to the sector grows and new genetic centres are to be established.
The decree raises the volume of concessional credit available to poultry enterprises and extends its term. It also sets up a separate support mechanism for farms adopting modern genetic technology.
The association's regional branches will monitor implementation and help member enterprises with the paperwork.
